Evaporative air cooler cooling water tank configured to contain water for agricultural and cooled saturated; evaporative cooling, in fluid connection with the water cooling tank, and configured to maintain communication with the hot water; heat storage means holding tank with the cooling water and the evaporator fluidly connected, so that the cooling water tank, the evaporator and the heat storage means in series with each other to maintain fluid connection, evaporative air cooler thermal storage means is configured to receive the refrigerant, and configured to maintain communication with the hot water; and a condensing unit, configured to supplying the refrigerant to the heat storage means and the evaporator, the said refrigerant is operable during the harvesting mode of operation and non-operation mode harvest water was removed from the heat, wherein, during the harvest operation mode, the refrigerant in the condensing unit is supplied to the evaporative air cooler to remove water from the heat, and, during the non-operating mode of the harvest, the condensation unit supplying the refrigerant to the heat storage means, evaporative air cooler response to the removal of water from the heat in the said heat storage device generates heat storage medium from the water.
